Refund Policy

We're here to help you with your purchases! Please note that once products have been opened or used, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, so we encourage you to make your selection carefully. If you receive a product that is damaged (like being broken or leaking), please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you provide video evidence of the unboxing. Once your return request is approved, you can expect your refund to be processed within 7 business days from when we receive the product back. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order.       If you decide to cancel your order, you can receive a refund if it's done before the order ships or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first. If your cancellation request is accepted, it will also be processed within 7 days. Thank you for understanding, and we're here to assist you with any further questions!
